If the “Forgot password” link is not working, and you cannot reset your password, contact your school administrator for assistance.
If you are the school administrator, verify that your school’s email credentials are set up correctly. Your school’s email server is required for School EdTech to send out emails. If the email server credentials are not set up correctly, the “Forgot password” and other email features will not work.
