How to reset a forgotten password

Follow these steps to get a new password sent to your email.

Step 1: Go to the login page app.schooledtech.com

Step 2: Enter your email address

Step 3: Select the "Forgot password" button

Step 4: Select the "Forgot password" link 

• A system generated temporary password will be emailed to you.

Step 5: Use the new password to log in to your account.

Step 6: After logging in, update your password by following the 'How to change my password' documentation.

Troubleshooting tips:

• If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder.
• If you still can't find the email, contact your school administrator to verify that your account is set up and still active.
