Issuing Transcripts for Multiple Students
To issue transcripts for many students at a time, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select the "Reports" menu.
Step 2: Select the "Transcripts Report."
Step 3: Filter the list of students as needed.
Step 4: Select one or more students.
- You can also use the "Select All" checkbox.
Step 5: Finally, select the "Issue Transcript" button.
Issuing a Transcript for a Single Student
To issue a transcript for one student, follow these steps:
Step 1: Select "Students" from the main menu.
Step 2: Select the desired student.
Step 3: Select the "Transcripts" menu for the student.
Step 4: Finally, select the "Issue Transcript" button.
Both methods will bring you to the "Issue Transcript" window with the same options.
Step 5: First, select the transcript template that you want to use.

Step 6: Next, select for which year you want to issue the transcript.
Step 7: Enter a name for the file name.
Transcript Options
You now have three options:
Option 1: The "Preview" option will open a new window with the PDF of the transcript.
- This allows you to view the transcript and check for any issues before saving it.
- You can then use your browser's print function to print the transcript or download the file to your computer.
Option 2: The "Save to Student" option will save the transcript to the student without first previewing it.
- You will then be able to access the transcript from the student's "Transcripts" page.
Option 3: The "Save to Student and Email" option will save the transcript to the student and email it at the same time.
Managing Saved Transcripts
After saving the transcript to the student, follow these steps:
Step 1: Preview the transcript for printing and downloading by selecting the "Preview" button.
Step 2: Delete a transcript by selecting the "Delete" button.
Step 3: Email a transcript as an attachment by selecting the "Email" button.
- This option will open the "Compose Email" window, which will contain the transcript as an email attachment.
