I can't find a student, but I know they're in the system

If you can't find a student, but you know that you've entered them into the system already, try to clear the filters:

Step 1:  Go to Main Menu > Students

Step 1: From the Year filter, select "All Years"

Step 2:  From the Semester filter, select "All Semesters"

Step 3:  From the Tracks filter, select "All Tracks"

Step 4:  From the Dorm filter, select "Incl. Dormers"

Step 5: In the Enrollment filter, clear all of the selected options, if any, until you see the word "Enrollment"
