Registering a Student to Semesters

To register a student to semesters, follow these steps:



Step 1: Select "Students" from the main menu.

Step 2: Select the desired student.

Step 3: Select the "Program" menu for the student.

Step 4: Select the "Semesters" field and add the desired semesters.

Step 5: Finally, select "Save" to save your changes.

  • When you first create a new student, one of the required fields is the "Semesters" field. After adding the student, the "Semesters" field moves to the student's "Program" page. For detailed instructions on how to add a new student, refer to the appropriate help tutorial in the Student section.

Registering Students to a Semester When Cloning a Class

You can also register students to a semester when cloning a class. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1: When cloning a class, choose the option "Copy Registered Students."

Step 2: If the registered students are not yet registered to the semester of the new class, they will automatically be registered to that semester.
