If the class's entire schedule changes, you can regenerate the all of the lessons at once.
- Note: Any previous lessons that had attendance taken will not be affected. Those lessons will not be deleted and will continue to be calculated into the class grade. To remove those lessons, you first need to clear out the attendance statuses, and then delete them. For more information on how to delete lessons, see the appropriate help tutorial in the "Class Scheduling" section.
Step 1: Select "Classes" from the main menu.
Step 2: Select the appropriate year and semester filters.
Step 3: Select the desired class to go into it.
Step 4: Select the "Settings" submenu.
Step 3: Make the necessary schedule changes, following the same steps you took when you first created the class.
- For more information on how to create a class, see the appropriate help tutorial in the "Class" section.
Step 4: Toggle the "Generate Lessons" toggle to activate it.
- The "Generate Lessons" toggle was not present when you created this class and only appears if you modify the class later.
Step 5: Select "Generate" to save the page and regenerate the lessons.
- If you forget to toggle on the "Generate Lessons" toggle, a warning pop up message will appear asking if you'd like to regenerate the lessons. Select "Yes" to confirm and regenerate the lessons.
We recommend that you go to the lessons page to verify that your changes have achieved the desired result.
