How to delete multiple lessons of a class

If you want to delete more than one lesson of a specific class, and don't want to have to do it one by one, you may be able to use these procedures to delete them in bulk:

Regenerate lessons:

• If the lessons that you want to delete are all at the beginning of the semester, you can use the "generate lessons" options "Start Date" to regenerate the lessons for the class, but starting at a later date.
• If the lessons that you want to delete are all at the end of the semester, you can use the "generate lessons" options "Count" to regenerate the lessons for the class for a specific amount of lessons.

Events during a lesson:

• If the lessons that you want to delete are in the middle of the semester, you can create a temporary "part day" event, set the duration time for the same time as the lessons you want to delete, and select the option to "delete lessons during event".
  • Keep in mind that this will delete any lessons during that time.  But if you filter the event to be an event for only one specific track, this should usually work.
  • If the lessons you want to delete are on different days at different 'time', you will have to repeat the process for each 'time'.
