How to change the academic year name or format

Follow these steps to change a year’s name or format.

Step 1: Select ‘Settings’ from the main menu

Step 2: Choose ‘Years’ from the settings menu

Step 3: Select ‘Edit’ on the year that you want to change

Step 4: Edit the name of the year to the desired new name

Step 5: Select ‘Save’ to save your changes
