Merging two classes can only be done manually.
- There are many factors involved when merging two classes, and for this reason merging two classes cannot be done in an automated fashion.
- To merge two classes you will need to copy the first class details to the second class, and then delete the first class. Here are the items you will need to take into consideration:
- Enrolled students 'Class Menu > Students' - ensure that the students from the first class into the second class.
- Grade weight 'Class Menu > Weights' - ensure that the grade weight of the second class is correct.
- Test, homework, and projects - 'Class Menu > Weights' - ensure that the second class has the correct tests, homework, and projects, and if scores were already entered into the first class, copy the scores to the second class.
- Attendance 'Class Menu > Lessons' - if attendance was taken for some lessons of the first class, copy the attendance statuses to the second class.
- Trackers 'Class Menu > Weights' - if trackers were set up for the first class, and tracker scores were entered in the first class, copy them to the second class.
- Class fields 'Class Menu > Class Fields' - if any data was entered into the first class's class fields, copy them to the second class.
